5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
• CraftLogic Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless restricted by contract.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Respond promptly to communication and approvals
• Supply necessary content, data, and materials

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

8. Revisions & Support

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Post-delivery support and maintenance will be provided based on agreed terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

CraftLogic Solutions shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business
• Issues caused by third-party services or integrations

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• With written notice
• If terms are violated

Payments made up to the termination date are non-refundable.

11. Changes to Terms

CraftLogic Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
